Reflecting on My First Year in NYC

It's hard to believe it's already been a whole year since I made that drive from LA to NYC. Honestly, the city has been a major game-changer for my creativity. Might sound weird, but the city has such a unique energy that just sparks a constant flow of ideas.

From day one, the photo community here welcomed me with open arms. I've met some incredibly talented photographers who have been a massive help on my journey. The art, culture, and diverse communities around here are a constant source of inspiration.

Leaving California after a decade was a big decision, but deep down, I knew NYC was the right place for me. Being close to the Puertorican community here has been grounding and a connection to my roots.

Time really flew by, and this year has been filled with unexpected opportunities and growth. I'm genuinely grateful for everything this city has offered me. Here's to more adventures and creativity ahead!
